Deliciously Ella

I’ve been following Ella Mills since I saw her on ‘Down to Earth’, with Zac Efron and Darin Olien. She was a huge influence on our journey to becoming plant-based.

Ella has an app which I had subscribed to for a year. The app has over 700 plant-based recipes plus meal plans. You can also find mindfulness and sleep tools, movement classes and a wellness tracker. If you are just starting out on your own plant-based journey or you are stuck in a recipe rut then I would definitely check out her app.

Plant-based granola

Ella is based in London, England and her food products are not in Canada, yet. You can buy them in Ireland and the UK though!

This summer we spent 8 weeks in Ireland and we were able to try several of her products and they were very good!

For breakfast or mid-morning snack, I often eat dairy-free yogurt, granola and fruit so this granola was one of the first items I bought, when we stopped at Tesco for some groceries. Granola is also a great topping for smoothie bowls!

Deliciously Ella almonds

Boots also sells Deliciously Ella products, such as nuts, bars and chocolate treats.

These are great for an afternoon snack or to bring along on a road trip! We enjoyed snacking on these chocolate orange dipped almonds on a day trip to Galway. The package got a bit worn in my backpack but the nuts were still yummy!

Some of the other snacks we picked up were the caramel cups and the peanut butter oat bars. We bought the oat bars several times. They tasted great and they were a perfect snack to throw into our backpacks or the car for when we were out and about. I just wish there were more bars in each box!!

Have you tried any of the Deliciously Ella products? Do you have a favourite? Let me know in the comment section below.
