Vegan Sandwich Co. IrelandFast FoodTake-out Nov 6 Written By Jen McCabe During our summer in Dublin, we ate at the Vegan Sandwich Co, twice. It is located in the St. Stephen’s Green Shopping Centre, upstairs in the Food Village. I love going to restaurants that are entirely vegan! There’s a big selection of items on the menu and you don’t need to worry about accidentally eating something that isn’t vegan. The Vegan Sandwich Co is great for a quick breakfast or lunch. They have all day breakfast options such as muffins, rolls and burritos. They also have sandwiches, burgers, bowls and wraps. On our first visit, I ordered the Breakfast Burrito Bowl. It had Bac*n, 2 hash browns, tofu scramble, spinach and cheese with taco sauce and tomato salsa. The photo doesn’t do it justice. It tasted really good! The second time we ordered from the Vegan Sandwich Co, I got a wrap. It was such a nice day, we took our food ‘to go’ and ate in St Stephen’s Green Park. If you’ve eaten at the Vegan Sandwich Co, let me know in the comments below or if you have any good vegan restaurants to recommend, I’d love to hear about them! VeganFast FoodDublin Jen McCabe
