Plant-Based Food Delivery Service
Our renovation continues….
The 2nd weekend into the renovation, I cooked a couple of slow cooker meals and then decided to look into food delivery options.
I came across The Conscious Kitchen. Their meals are 100% vegan, most of the ingredients are organic and they work with local, sustainable farms. We ate beans and rice, mashed potatoes and ‘meatballs’, and a veggie and quinoa salad. I also ordered 4 peanut butter and chocolate overnight oats jars for breakfast.
It was the best decision I could have made! The food arrived on a Tuesday and we had dinners and lunches for the rest of the week. The portions were huge and the food was yummy! It felt good knowing we weren’t eating processed junk food.
The other thing that I like about The Conscious Kitchen is that there is no package waste. I put the cooler bags, with the containers and jars, on the porch and they are collected when they deliver the next order.
We’re now on week 4 of the renovation and The Conscious Kitchen has really saved us stress and hassle of trying to cook healthy meals without a kitchen. I would definitely recommend them!
